The private owner has agreed that the 300 SLR Uhlenhaut Coupe will be available for public display on exceptional occasions. while the second original 300 SLR Coupe will remain in company ownership and be shown at the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart. according to RM Sotheby’s, the proceeds from the auction will be used to establish a global Mercedes-Benz Fund to support environmental science and decarbonization research.
