A Chinese-based IM Motors plans to launch a IM L1premium electric sedan. The company announced that the first model L7 full-electric sedan is almost ready for customer delivery. IM Motors is a joint venture between Chinese automobile manufacturer SAIC Motor and Chinese technology companies Alibaba Group and Zhangjiang Hi-Tech.
IM L1 Electric Sedan:

New electric sedan is the production version of the IM L7. it is a high-tech Chinese electric vehicle designed to challenge Tesla’s Model S’ dominance in the high-end electric vehicle industry. The IM L7 has a streamlined body and a prominent front that makes it stand out. The IM L7 will be available in China in half of 2022.

The style of the sedan is more impressive with a long aerodynamic front and features a bold front end. The headlights are covered in LED strips and have a pattern that resembles the Greek letter sigma. As a result, the car may project personalized light patterns onto them. the rear look of the car is fascinating, with a car-wide light unit and a trunk that appears to narrow at the end.
The inside look of L7 is equally impressive. It has a gigantic 39-inch 4K touchscreen that is made up of two 26-inch and 13-inch screens. The seats are upholstered in Bavarian leather, while the top surfaces are lined with microfiber. Touch-sensitive controls on the steering wheel, doors, and dashboard are also appealing. The IM L7 will also support wireless charging.
Powertrain and Features Highlights:

The IM L7 is available in two versions, the first one is dynamic, and the second is Pro. The dynamic version is cheaper and comes with 19-inch wheels rather than the larger 20-inches on the Pro but these can be upgraded. Both variants have all-wheel drive, with a 175kWfront axle motor and a 250kW rear axle motor. They create 725 Nm of torque. It allows L7 to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in under 3.8 seconds. It offers 615 km of driving range on a full charge.
