Despite the massive price hike and import restriction, Suzuki Swift shows a record-breaking Month over Month sale jump. The ongoing auto industry situation is not well for automakers, but the March sale report shows a small increase in cars sale compared to February.<\/p>\n

Car makers announced several production cut-downs in recent months due to the non-availability of raw materials. The low inventory is caused by not getting approved Letters of Credit (LCs) from the State Bank of Pakistan. Unstable economic conditions make hurdles for automakers to boost sales. But the small rise show they are trying hard to achieve the previous flow of high sale record.<\/p>\n

PAMA Report For Car Sale Record<\/h2>\n

As per the Pakistan Automotive Manufacturers Report (PAMA) in the month of March 2023, a total of 9,351 vehicles were sold. As per the Month Over Month record, it is an increase of 54% in sales but YoY it\u2019s a decline of 66%. The report is witness that the Suzuki Swift sale is highly impressive because the company sold a total of 877 units of Swift in March 2023.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Honda Atlas Car Limited claim a decline of 49% of MoM sales and sold only 835 units in March which no Honda Civic sold. On the other side, Toyota Indus Motor Company reported 1,912 cars sold which is an increase of 6% against the previous month.<\/p>\n

Pak Suzuki sale is at the top as the company sold a total of 5,628 cars in the month of March 2023 which is a huge improvement in sales compared to February 2023. It is a massive increase of 475% in sales.<\/p>\n

Moreover, Hyundai Nishat Group Limited claims a 34% decrease in sales on an MoM basis and sold just 836 units in March 2023.<\/p>\n
