Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar made the following observations:<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Muhammad Ali Mazhar Remarks on Hybrid Vehicles<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&#8220;A thoughtful and forward-thinking implementation of this technology would improve our country by not just enhancing and restoring the environment and ecology.<\/p>\n<p>But also easing the destructive aspects of climate change by reducing smoke emissions in order to effectively implement. The Climate Change Act of 2016 and the Pakistan Environmental Protection Act (PEPA), 1997.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3><strong>SRO 499(I)\/2013 <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Through SRO 499(I)\/2013 issued 12-06-2013, the federal government waived customs duty, sales tax, and withholding tax on HEVs under PCT Code 87.03.<\/p>\n<p>Deputy Collector Customs (Import) Dry Port, Model Customs Collectorate. Peshawar noted during the audit that used Hybrid Suzuki, Hustler, Wagon-R, Mazda, Cross-over, and Suzuki IGNIS were cleared illegally on 50% duty and tax exemption in accordance with SRO 499(I)\/2013 dated 12-6-2013.<\/p>\n<p>Concurrently, a three-judge panel directed by Umar Ata Bandial advised Pakistan&#8217;s government to support HEV development. The council recommended that the government focus on HEV promotion in Pakistan, citing environmental and economic benefits.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>See More<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p class=\"jeg_post_title\"><a
