The sales figures disclose the upgrading in the sales of Honda cars in the month of August 2017 compared to July 2017.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Honda Pakistan\u00a0sold 3,820 units in July 17 while 3,946 units in the months of August. That is an amplification of 126 vehicles. Taking into account, both of these figures are combined sales numbers of\u00a0Honda Civic\u00a0and\u00a0Honda City\u00a0cars. Also, Honda Pakistan temporarily stopped the production and sale of its Civic Turbo model.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-5652\" src=\"https:\/\/autodeals.pk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Capture-300x103.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"275\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Conversely,\u00a0Toyota Pakistan\u00a0faced a slightly different situation. Toyota Indus Motors sold 3,875 units of Corolla in the month of July 17 and 4,782 units in the month of August17. That is a boost of 907 units in just one month. That is far more than what Honda was able to do, and the fact that Honda posted combined sales of both of its sedans, whereas Toyota is only selling Corolla in sedan group.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6079\" src=\"https:\/\/autodeals.pk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/toyota-corolla-2017-feature-e1502788554589-300x168.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"449\" \/><\/p>\n<p>As far\u00a0as Suzuki Pakistan\u00a0is concerned,\u00a0Suzuki Cultus\u00a0sales fell from 1,894 units in July 17 to 1,776 units in August17. But WagonR sales rise from 1,936 units to 2,201 units. Suzuki Swift sales are still declining but with a minor improvement; from 288 units in July to 434 units in August. And as anticipated,<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-5814\" src=\"https:\/\/autodeals.pk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Suzuki_Cultus_2017_1-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Suzuki Mehran is still on the rise, from 2,863 units to 3,963 units. In general, Pak Suzuki sales went up +14%MoM basis (Aug16 vs. Aug17).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-5811\" src=\"https:\/\/autodeals.pk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/front_end-300x157.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"417\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Toyota Fortuner, an SUV that has been high in claim since its launch, sold 265 units in August 2017.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6077 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/autodeals.pk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Toyota_Fortuner_2017_3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p>And Honda who is selling BR-V\u00a0, sold 720 units in August compared to 691 units in July 2017.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6078\" src=\"https:\/\/autodeals.pk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/BRV-Exterior-1-300x124.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"330\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On the whole, Pakistani auto sector has seen growth on month over month basis as well. The auto sector sales increased by +10%MoM (Aug16 vs. Aug17) to 198.15k units. Passenger cars sales amplified by +14% MoM basis (Aug16 vs. Aug17).
