The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan has taken legal actions the companies who are offering unauthorized deposits and leasing of cars.<\/p>\n
The SECP already working on this and issued a notice to those companies who are involved in this illegal business. The SECP has already initiated legal proceeding against these companies under Section 301 read with Section 304 of the Companies Act, 2017. These fraud companies issued unlawful policies to their customers that do not exist under the law and take a lot of money to customers.<\/p>\n
Below are the nine companies that are illegal by the SECP and SECP advised that do not take any policy from them and listed them on illegal companies.<\/p>\n
1.Gold Transmit Network Technology (Pvt.)<\/p>\n
2.Limited, Green Apple Super Market (Pvt.) Limited,<\/p>\n
3.Galaxy Typing Jobs (SMC-Pvt.) Limited<\/p>\n
4.3-A Alliance (Private) Limited,<\/p>\n
5.Pak Memon Impex (Private) Limited,<\/p>\n
6.Humanities Meritus (SMC-Private) Limited,<\/p>\n
7.IDG Enterprises (Private) Limited,<\/p>\n
8.Ayat Enterprises (SMC-Private) Limited,<\/p>\n
The SECP issued notice for these companies that did not trust them and don\u2019t sign any agreement with them these companies making fraud policies and did not follow the law. These companies give unlawful leasing policies to the general public for cars and houses that do not exist in the law. The Memorandum of Association doesn\u2019t allow such bossiness to work. The general public has believed in them for taking high profit but they did not know that these companies only waste their money and didn\u2019t give them profit. These companies show that they give high incentives to their customers but in reality, the policy they give them to the general is not allowed in the law.
