The two-transfer system is critical and harm their business routine.<\/p>\n<p>However, in Islamabad car dealers can get an Open Letter to stand the car at the showroom and can transfer to the name of the buyer after finalizing the deal. The open latter system is encouraging showroom business and easy for dealers to handle the matter.<\/p>\n<p>The difference between Islamabad and Punjab biometric systems is:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Islamabad dealers sell cars with Open Later and transfer to the buyer\u2019s name directly.<\/li>\n<li>Meanwhile, the current Punjab system is dealers must transfer the vehicle to their name and then to the new buyer\u2019s name after finalizing the deal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Conclusion<\/h2>\n<p>The deal finalization with the Punjab government is only confirmed by the dealers\u2019 federation. Meanwhile, there is no official statement issued by the government of Punjab regarding the system change. Punjab dealers claim that the current system is difficult.
