Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has recommended to the Federal Government on 30 July 2019 to increase the price of petroleum products by up to Rs. 9 for August 2019.
According to the details, authorities said that the prices of petroleum products should increase and the price of petrol will increase by PKR 5.5 per liter and the diesel price will increase by PKR 5.65 per liter. OGRA also recommended that the price of kerosene oil and light-speed diesel will also increase by PKR 5.38 and PKR 8.90 per liter.
Note here, the government did not final the prices of petroleum products that suggested by the OGRA government will announce their decision on 31st July 2019.
Here are the current prices:
Petrol price: PKR 112.68 per liter
High-speed diesel price: PKR 126.82 per liter
kerosene oil price: PKR98.46
Light-speed diesel price: PKR 88.62 per liter
