Overview:

The CEO of the company Tesla Elon Musk has now mentioned how Tesla’s new next-generation vehicles will contribute to the company’s goal. The Rumored updates on model y and model 3 were neither discussed.

The company Tesla successfully held an Investor day today in Austin, which was hosted by the CEO Elon Musk. Much of the Investor Day talks were about the company’s “Master Plan”. There the CEO also talks about the upcoming model Y and model 3.

Musk’s Third long-term Strategy:

This is not the way how most automotive companies’ investor presentations start. This was the message by CEO Elon Musk at Investor Day. The event “Investor Day” was billed as the third in Musk’s long-term Strategy outline for the automaker. The first TMP from 2006 was about financing the low cost of EVs by first selling a more expensive sports car. The second one was followed for a decade after the first, Broadened Tesla’s scope to include a sleek design solar roof with battery storage.

Tesla’s New Master Plan:

The third master plan of CEO Elon Musk shifts its focus to the entire world. The purpose of the company Tesla is to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. The Company calls it the latest plan “Path to fully renewable energy future for the whole world”.

Musk’s words were the sustainable energy economy is within reach, but it will acquire a level of investments of around 10 trillion $. Before this master plan the Company Tesla Recall Up to 360,000 Cars for Self-Driving Software updates which they are still working on.

The benefits far outweigh the cost, Musk said, the next two hours of the presentation will beef up this vision. In many ways the company Tesla is working towards this specific goal and of course. How does his fleet of vehicles fit into his overall plan of Elon Musk?

The updated Model 3 and Model Y:

Tesla Model 3

As far as the new details on their own Tesla vehicles, the highlight didn’t come from the official presentation itself. But the rumors come out today about the revamped Model Y whose code name is Juniper. The brand-new Model Y will have an upgraded exterior and interior which should arrive in the year 2024. A new car model 3 which has a code name of Highland will also come with upgrades.

Tesla Model Y

While the Company Tesla did not talk officially about these models during Investor Day. However, the company did explain how It will be built EVs on its next-generation platforms in a more efficient manner. The new platform and its new integrated battery packs allow the unnamed future car to be put together without an automotive frame. That makes its assembly cheaper and faster.

Tesla has increased the percentage of Controllers itself:

Another change comes from the ways Tesla has increased the Percentage of controllers it designed itself. This can easily found in its powertrain vehicles. In Model S, 20 percent of controllers get their design by Company Tesla. While on another side, Model Y contains 61 percent controllers. In the Cyber truck, Tesla states the controllers will be 85 percent in the next generation vehicles.

Moreover, an actual cyber truck was also on display at the Investor day event. That was showing off a new steering yoke design, rear new folding seats, and an added new screen for rear passengers.
