FAW V2 hatchback is presently the only non-Japanese passenger car that is to be assembled in Pakistan. Launched in our market back in 2014, the 1.3 liter V2 was at first imported as CBU from China, since August 2017 the hatchback is being assembled locally.

Automaker around the globe presents various trims of a single car with the purpose of catering to the diversified consumer preferences. This simply gives buyers more motives to go for a specific car. As far as V2 is concerned, the one which FAW can put on offer is the V2 Cross, the technically similar vehicle with same 1.3 liter engine but aesthetically diverse from the regular V2.
The V2 Cross stands somewhat higher on its wheels got a roofrack, diverse bumpers, black plastic cladding on wheel arches and bumpers and sporry alloy wheels. A few versions of the vehicle in China came with red taillights in place of the clear ones, whereas an AMT transmission was too.
