On Saturday 20th October 2018, the Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) hence introduced an online portal for the sake of the E-Challans. In condition as the challan will be issued on to anyone, they can now log on into the “echallan.psca.gop.pk” and hence all the review and print their e-challan after entering their vehicle registration no. and National ID card no.
Introduction about PSCA E Challan portal system:
PSCA has brought about with the introduction of the e-challan system and has issued 87,000 e-challans and have also at the same time collected Rs 11 million up till now. Apart from it, PSCA has also sent on with the notification to the excise and taxation department regarding 9000 vehicles. This is about the vehicles who hence need record correction and since the e-challan has come into effect as to be more than 1000 vehicles have been blacklisted for the purpose of registration numbers.

Method of PSCA E Challan portal system:
Additional IGP and Managing Director PSCA Mr. Ali Amir Malik stated that the people will have ten days time period to on the whole pay off their challans, and so far 800 e-challans that have been paid in Bank of Punjab. This is the only bank receiving e-challans at the moment. Those people who will not pay off their e-challans, their challans will be straight away be submitted to the excise record, and they will have to face some kind of severe consequences.
