In the country’s history, this is highest that currently the prices of petrol skyrocketing in Pakistan. After the last increase, the latest price of petrol per liter is RS. 159.86. It is a high jump of RS.12.03 against the last-price RS. 147.83 Per liter. By the PSO, Shell, and Total Parco, the latest prices of high octane petrol are approximately identical.
It is noteworthy that each petroleum company independently decides the price of high octane. The government/ administration says nothing about that. Every company has a little difference in their prices. The current prices of these companies high octane are mentioned here:
- PSCO: RS. 168
- Shell Pakistan: RS. 165
- Total Parco: RS. 167 to 170
Therefore on average, the difference in price per litter between high octane and regular petrol is about RS 6-7. We’re saying that is not a big difference because it’s high quality.
Benefits of High Octane:
The high octane has a high RON rating of 98 as a contrast to regular petrol 92 to 93 RON. Meanwhile, High Octane enhances the fuel average and health of your vehicle engine because it prevents rust and gives long life. The High Octane emission is much lower than regular gasoline emission. Moreover, High octane is not only better for vehicle health but also for the environment and your pocket. So in all aspects, it is a good choice for you as opposed to regular petrol.
Important Note:
High octane functions well but we recommended using in cars with engines above 1200cc and in bikes 250cc because small engines need more adjustment that can cause critical troubles. Therefore we would recommend high octane for the vehicle because the rate is not much different from normal petrol.
