The government introduces smart number plates for the bikes and traffic police can scan the smart number plate and all the information about the vehicle show in which the registration of the vehicle, real owner information and everything about the vehicle show to the authorities. If the authorities find a person who has a non-custom vehicle he/she will be paying a fine against their vehicle.

How to Register Non-Custom Vehicles:
The Pakistan Tehreek E Insaaf government introduce an amnesty scheme for register non-custom vehicles. Under this scheme, the non-custom vehicle can be registered for paying a little amount. This can also helpful for the government to increase the revenue and also helpful for tax collection. Mostly the non-custom vehicle use in Balochistan. This is a second time that the government introduces an amnesty scheme for register non-custom vehicles.

First time Pakistan People Party introduce this scheme in Pakistan to collect the tax from non-custom vehicles and increase the revenue but in July 2013 the High Court of Islamabad declared that this scheme is illegal and said that the government generates more profit if these vehicles confiscated by the customs authorities.
However, the divisional bench of Islamabad High Court suspends this letter in November 2013. the tax system of Pakistan more strong than the previous, and the basic purpose to introduce an amnesty scheme is just to enhance the tax collection system in the country.
