Honda was about to launch its new Honda City and it was thinking that what can be the best possible way to grab customers and the best possible way to get clients to its new product. Honda has started this amazing and unique concept of providing their new vehicle in an area where a client can easily approach them. They have introduced the concept of moving showrooms for their clients.
Location
As we know that on weekdays or even on weekends every person wants to spend his time with his family and they have less time to visit a showroom. Normally on weekends when a person wants to spend time with his family he goes shopping or for an outing. Honda decided that they should select a location where a person will visit with his family and he doesn’t have to make special arrangements to visit a showroom. So they decided to set up a moving showroom at Packages Mall, Lahore. They knew that at that location, the client will visit them. And the idea was a great success and even more attractive and interesting.

Services
The services at the showroom were very good and informative. The staff was very welcoming and they were tackling their clients very professionally. For an end-user, this visit was very informative and interesting. The staff provided their clients’ complete information of the vehicle via verbal communication and through Boucher and pamphlets. Honda displayed their 1.5L CVT variant as this is the top-of-the-line variant in this category. The reason behind this was to check the customer response initially. They also provided the Price of New Honda City on the spot.
Response
They received a very good response from the clients and also there was more customer traffic than a fixed showroom. Honda displayed their new machine in a very unique way and many clients visited them who wanted a hands-on experience of new Honda city and who wanted to get the personal feel and experience of this new vehicle. The entire showroom was scrupulously designed to show the details and was easily accessible to those people who wanted to hop on the platform and wanted to check out the features of this new City.
Collectively the whole experience was very good for the client and also for Atlas OHHnda who received a very warm and wonderful response from their clients through this unique idea.

Future Planning
Before this step, Honda decided to set up such showrooms all over the country but it depended upon the response. Now as they have received a very good response they have planned to go to other cities of Punjab with the same concept.
