The company has also mentioned the reason behind this huge price increase. Preciously MG Pakistan has increased the price due to the additional features added. This time company has mentioned the other reasons for price hikes which inflation is highlighted.
MH HS Exclusive New Price
The company has introduced the new price according to the delivery and the payment. For consumers with Full Payment price increased by Rs 200,000 and for consumers with Partial Payment price increased by Rs 500,000. this is only for November and December delivery. For the New Order price is different.
- For the deliveries for November and December 2021 price has been increased by Rs 200,000 for Full Payment. MG HS Exclusive new price for full payment customers is Rs 5,949,000.
- For the consumers of Partial Payment, the price has been increased by Rs 500,000, and the new price for November, December delivery consumers is Rs 6,249,000.
- MG Pakistan has announced a huge price hike for the further new orders book for January 2022. For new orders, the price has been increased by Rs 850,000.
Keep in mind MG HS Exclusive consumers that the new price for you is Rs6,599,000.
The new prices are applicable from 6th December 2021.
What Reasons of MG HS Price Increased
The company has described the reason for the price hike by explaining that the overall automotive industry in Pakistan facing a challenging environment. Inflation affects the cost of production that forced the price to push. Not only in Pakistan overall the global pandemic situation affects the prices. Here is the explanation of the company against the new prices:
- Pakistani rupee depreciation against international currency US dollar
- Due to pandemic congestion sea freight charges has been increased
- The petrol prices increased and the local freight charges affected by it
- There is a global shortage of Chip that push the Chip cost
What is New In MG HS Exclusive
In the second quarter of this year MG Pakistan has increased the price of the car after adding the new features which are:
- Digital Instrument Panel
- Digital Speedo Meter
- Trophy Monogram
- New Silver Exterior Color
After these additions, MG Pakistan has increased the price from Rs 5,749,000 to Rs 5,449,000 the difference was Rs 300,000.
Conclusion
No one confirms when the price increase trend has been stopped in Pakistan Automotive industry and we can surely book a car without worrying of sudden price hike. However, the booking and orders have not stopped yet. This is the reason why automakers confidently increased the prices.
