Lahore Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) agency increase fine for wash cars by PKR 2000 with pipers in the street and now Authorities imposed PKR 2000 fine in the province of Punjab.
People waste lots of water during the wash car with pipes. The last year 2018 Lahore High Court imposed banned in Punjab to car washes with hosepipes and if any person violates this rule should pay PKR 1000 fine to the authorities. Now authorities double this fine from PKR 1000 to PKR 2000.
The service station for washing cars waste lots of water while washing cars. Authorities imposed banned on this activity just to save water and suggest them to wash the car with a bucket. The main purpose of the imposed fine is just to realize the water is very important for our country.
As we know that there is already a shortage of water in our country and its very important for us to save water and don’t waste it. This is our responsibility to follow the rules that are made for us. Authorities increase the fine because many of the service stations still not follow the rule. On the other side, the citizens also not followed the rules.
