Since last year City Traffic Police Lahore has take stick action against violators who are not follow the traffic rules. City Traffic Police Lahore has taken this action to aware people how to drive on the road and safe their self from road accidents. This is very important because of the increase ratio of road accidents day by day. City Traffic Police Lahore CTP also introduce various safety campaign about the driving on the road and try to educate people how to drive under the rules.
This time City Traffic Police introduce another Safety campaign to educate women pillion riders on the hazard of dopatta getting entangled in motor cycle wheel. Most of the accident case arise because of this reason. Moreover, City Traffic Police also urged the bikers to always ride their bike with proper chain cover.
The chief of City Traffic Officer Liaqat Ali Malik speak to the media that these types of the accidents could be controlled through the proper awareness of traffic rules and gaudiness.
This campaign was started on Friday, 8th February 2019 from liberty market by posting ads on Rikshaws. 6000 ads posted on Rikshaws for this campaign.
