After completing the investigation today company has announced the reason why the brand new KIA Sportage was caught fire. They said our technical team find the issue and in which the main harness wire has been cut and “after-market device” had been installed on the car. The company has not mentioned in this report that what device had been added in the car to had caused the burn. Moreover, most of the time dealers suggest to the buyer for car insurance and car insurance companies must be required to install a tracking device. When we installed the tracking device the car is no longer to its original condition because the tracking device cut some wires of the car. Might be that is the reason of KIA Sportage caught fire. Don’t do something different in your car because after this you can’t blame the company to return your loss because they do not suggest you to install any market device.
KIA Sportage is an international vehicle producing brand and they are providing its vehicle in many other countries, the company has never broken its trust and quality.
