According to the official notification, In October 2022, the carmaker will introduce the new motorcycle as a completely built-up (CBU) item imported from Qingqi Suzuki, China, with the model’s name “GS 125Q.” According to an earlier report from the company, PSMC would introduce the motorcycle in September 2022. But The company has apparently postponed a new launch because of the unstable local currency.
Engine Detail:
As the name GSX 125 suggests, it has a 125cc single-cylinder air-cooled petrol engine. The 4-stroke, 1-cylinder, liquid-cooled, DOHC engine produces 10.45 horsepower (hp) and 9.2 newton meters (Nm) of torque. Its curb weight is 126 kilograms and has a fuel efficiency of 42 kilometers per liter. The GSX125 has a return shift pattern 5-speed constant-mesh transmission.
The motorcycle has dual piston caliper disc brakes at the front and conventional drum brakes out back. In terms of suspension, it has dual inverted fork tubes at the front and spring-loaded shock absorbers at the rear.

Suzuki GSX125 is a CBU unit and given the rising dollar rate, it is expected that the price of the bike will probably be between Rs. 350,000 and Rs 380,000 after import fees and taxes. If so, the GSX125 will only attract to a small group of bike fans.
