Honda has planned to launch its new third-generation Honda HR-V in the United States in the second half of 2022. The crossover has referred to as the Vezel in some countries. The vehicle is based on the same platform as the 11-generation Honda Civic.
Honda HR-V in the US:

Honda North has introduced its third-generation Honda HR-V, which simply has the name “HR-V”. The upcoming crossover HR-V resembles the JDM European model along with minor mechanical variations. The American model of the Honda HR-V will be completely different inside and out.
Design of the Honda HR-V:

Honda has revealed fresh photographs of the new HR-V for North America, including a look at the cargo capacity and lower center console. The interior has not yet revealed by the company. According to Honda, the vehicle design direct resembles the 11th-generation Civic. It also have a more comfortable back seat and a wider cargo room.
The new Honda HR-V has a beautiful design with a rounded front fascia. The front of the car has a new large grille and a coupe-like roof line. It has thinner headlamp clusters, including LED daytime running lights. The front and sides profile of the car has a new horizontal stripe line with a raised hood and a lower cowl for extended glass areas. A slim tail lamp with U-shaped brake lights and an LED light strip that runs the length of the tailgate can be found at the rear end of the car. The HR-V boasts an innovative, sporty design.
Powertrain and Performance of HR-V:

Honda has stated that the HR-V for the United States will be based on the same platform as the 11th generation Civic. The new crossover HR-V powered by a hybrid powertrain. Although Honda will use a number of Civic engines in the new HR-V. The base Civic engine already produces more power at 158-hp than its 2.0-liter four-cylinder unit compared to the 2022 HR-V. It is expected that if Honda has adventure, we can also look at the compact model’s 180-Hp 1.5-liter turbocharged four.
