According to the Honda Cars India report, since its launch in April 2013, the Amaze car has achieved domestic market sales of 500,000 units. A little over three years after launch, in June 2016, The Amaze reached 200,000 sales. In August 2020, the 400,000 sales milestone had reached. It took two years to produce the final 100,000 units, therefore it took nine years to reach the half-million-unit mark.
