Ghandhara Industries Limited (GIL) is geared up to start on with the Isuzu D-Max pickup series in Pakistan in the view of the fact that the company has made a Technical Assistance Agreement with Isuzu Motors Limited (Thailand). It has got the license to assemble and sell the Isuzu D-MAX pick up in the country.
GIL is presently in process of presenting 3S and 2S country-wide dealerships whereas formal launch of the Isuzu vehicles are anticipated by mid 2018.
The Isuzu D-MAX is recognized as one of the toughest,stiffest and reliable trucks in the world.
It comes with a 1.9 L RZ4E-TC I4 diesel engine in both single & double cabin alternatives and is thought to give tough time to the likes of Toyota Hilux and Foton Tunland in Pakistan.
