A poor tyre puncture Fazal Shah native of Bhaganwala, Punjab province received a massive tax notice of Rs. 8.13 lacs from the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). After this shocking tax notice from authorities Shah and his family in shocked.
As per the report after the notification, Shah was shocked and lost consciousness. He was sent to the hospital for medical treatment.
This was troubling news for a poor man who is running a small shop tyre puncturer. There is no need to describe the struggle of life situation. The huge pending tax notice made him shock.
Fazal Shah’s Statement
Fazal Shah told the local media that he does not even see Rs. 8.13 lacs in real life. He barely earns Rs 700-800 per day, which is a very less amount for him to survive with his family. As per his report, he didn’t own any luxuries in his life not even having a car for himself. He established a tyre punturer store a year ago, which is his only income source.
Moreover, the poor Fazal Shah told the media that he even couldn’t pay for his daughter’s private medical treatment who suffered critical burns in a tragic incident.
As per his statement and original condition of living style, there is a mistake in the record of FBR. Meanwhile, FBR has ordered the authorities to look into the matter deeply and find out what is the original matter.
Conclusion
The situation of Fazal Shah is clear by his house and living standard. He is already suffering from poor income and at this stage imposing a huge tax is not justice to him. FBR must have some misunderstood statement on this matter or collected some wrong information against Fazal Shah. However, the matter is officially monitor by the Tax authorities and they look after it.
