In the meeting of Punjab Finance, Punjab government has decided to add the online cars dealers in the tax net. All the dealers who work online for sale and purchase of cars now to be added in the tax net and will pay the tax on the dealing.
According to the details, the ministry also reduces the duration of tax returns for car dealers. He also said that the taxation department soon to be completely automated and the mobile app will launch soon. Government trying to make the taxation department strong for increasing revenue.
Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) suggests that the Car dealers will pay the General Sales Tax (GST)on the commission they earned on the dealing of cars. PRA said this will help the government for easy to collect tax and generate more revenue.
In this meeting they also discuss the computerized number plates, the ministry said that the computerized number plates will issue later because of some legal issues. The tax net system helps the government to spend more money on the stability of the economic structure.
The government takes the high steps to meet international standards. Authorities also working on the road traffic disciplined and imposed a fine of violating traffic rules. All these steps take just for better economic stability. The government formed a panel Chief Traffic Office to resolve the traffic issue and make a smooth traffic system in the province.
