Overview
Dubai Road And Transport Authority has launched a program “Golden Chance” for non-approved countries. These non-approved countries included Pakistan, India, and the Philippines. In this program they allow expats to swap their driving licenses without any driving lessons class.
This golden chance program will make it easy for expats to get their Dubai driving license in easy terms compared to the previous system. Getting a driving license in easy by just taking theory and road tests.
Meanwhile, in the past Dubai’s driving license was not as easy for expats in non-approved countries. A proper system is required to approve these drivers to get their driving licenses.

Dubai Driving License For Approved Countries
Approved countries expats have more facilities. The approved countries included the UK, US, Canada, South Africa, Denmark, France, Hong Kong, and Ireland expats can exchange their driving licenses by just visiting RTA. Meanwhile, Lithuania and Greece expats should give up their foreign driving licenses to get a Dubai driving license.
Moreover, Dubai driving license institutes are open to give classes to those over 18 years old who couldn’t drive. Below mentioned institutes are open for classes:

- Dubai Driving Center
- Galadari Motor Driving Center
- Belhasa Driving Center
- Al Ahli Driving Center

There are huge Pakistanis who lived in Dubai for the purpose of job and employment. This is a great program to start providing driving licenses to them without any hustle of classes. The golden chance is to make them easy to get a license by just clearing the theory and road test.
