At the 2017 Tokyo Motor Show which will open on 25th October 2017,Daihatsu will be revealing the DN Trec and the new DN Multisix concepts.

With the tint of a hatchback,The Daihatsu DN Trec concept seems more like a mini crossover. It will be having the specs like a 1.2 liter petrol hybrid powertrain, even though it can also be manufactured with a smaller 1.0 liter turbocharged engine.

DN Trec targets the individuals with an active lifestyle, presenting a high-quality interior and styling. Exterior features comprises of plastic-cladding along the sides, rear-hinged ,rear doors, a high ground clearance and large headlamps. Despite the fact that it’s the specs of just a concept, the DN TREC undoubtedly appears to be pretty production ready from the exterior.

In the interior, the DN Trec features a sports a futuristic cabin. The inclined center presents the gear selector in conjunction with controls for the infotainment system, which can also be contacted by means of buttons on the three-spoke steering wheel.

Now coming to the Daihatsu DN Multisix ,which is a compact 6-seat MPV concept that had its world first appearance at the GIIAS 2017 previously this year. The dimentions of this 6-seat MPV concept is 4,310 mm long, 1,720 mm wide and 1,695 mm long.
It has a 2,620 mm wheelbase and 250 mm ground clearance.When it comes to the inside,under the hood there is a 1.5 liter four-cylinder petrol engine which is paired to a CVT gearbox.

Along with DN TREC and DN Multisix, three more concepts by Daihatsu will be displayed at the Tokyo Motor Show this year i.e. Daihatsu DN Compagno ,which is a 4-door small coupe .
