City Traffic Police Lahore has finally barred people who ride bikes who are without wearing a helmet from entering Lahore’s famous mall road. As according to the reports of the media, the police has created different diversions to let people know that without wearing a helmet as the excess to mall road is denied and if someone caught traveling through mall road without wearing a helmet with a fine of PKR 200 to 700 would be charged on the spot.

It has stated that some of the extra wardens have been stationed to stop people from entering the road. Violators will be on the whole dealt according to the law. Plus Lahore High Court issued as regarding banning under-age driving and in case of this law violation as the parents of the violators will be sent to jail.
On 24 September 2018, Punjab Safe City Authority (PSCA) as in collaboration with the Punjab Police has introduced away with the E-Challan system in Lahore. Violations will be detected using the help of CCTV cameras installed just as throughout the city and if someone violates the traffic rules and so as the regulation. This e-ticket fine will generated and on the whole, will be sent to the violator via courier service.
Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) is also bringing about as in taking with some strict action against people who will not wear a helmet while riding a bike. Last year, the police issued on with the 96964 tickets to bike users who ride without a helmet and also confiscated 4532 motorbikes as well.
