Chinese state-owned automobile Company BAIC has announced to launch of a new, Jeep Wrangler Rubicon-inspired BAIC BJ40 Variant for China. The BJ40 Kekexili Edition has more off-road accessories than the standard variants.
BAIC BJ40 Styling:

The blocky appearance of the BJ40 is nevertheless similar to the Jeep Wrangler and Mercedes-Benz G-Class. It comes with off-road modifications such as a front bash bar, a heavy-duty metal bumper, a scuff plate, auxiliary lights, a new vented bumper, a roof rack, knobbly 17-inch offroad tires, and anti-drop wheels.
The BJ40 has a distinctive design in addition to having appropriate adventure vehicle characteristics like a removable roof, moveable doors, and a foldable windshield. However, all these exterior features give the car an even more aggressive look.
Specification and Performance:
when it comes to the specifications, under the hood Baic BJ40 plus Kekexili Edition boasts a 2.0-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder petrol engine that generates 221 horsepower and 380 Nm of torque. It also comes with a 6-speed automated transmission that can send this power to the rear wheels or all four wheels. Furthermore, the rest of its hardware is the same as the regular versions. In order to facilitate extreme off-roading, it also incorporates a low-range mode and a lockable differential.
