Chinese state-owned automobile Company BAIC has announced to launch of an all-new Beijing BJ60 in China. The Beijing BJ60 full-size SUV from BAIC, which was unveiled earlier this year, finally complete its production under the Beijing Off-Road subsidiary of BAIC. The automaker anticipates launching it on November 22 and is set to be between BJ40 and BJ90.
All-new Beijing BJ60 Body Dimension:
When it comes to the body dimension, the all-new upcoming Beijing BJ60 measures 5,040 mm long, 1,955 mm wide, and 1,925 mm tall with a wheelbase of 2,820 mm. The overall dimensions and profile of BJ60 are quite similar to the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado and GWM’s Tank 500 that its major rivals.
Beijing BJ60 Adopts Bold Outlook:

Beijing BJ60 has a distinctively bold and rigid design. The BJ60 adopts the design language BJ40 Plus SUV with a recognizable grille and the Beijing brand logo on the hood. Other exterior standard features include a chrome-finished bumper with a license area on the left side, side steps, roof rails, a spoiler with embedded stop lamps, and spare wheel covers.
Glimpse of Cabin:


In terms of interior, the BAIC Beijing BJ60 cabin gives a spacious and fresh look that has covered by leather and chrome-plated materials. It also comes with a 4-spoke multi-functional steering wheel, a digital rear-view, a 10.25-inch instrument panel, a HUD (head-up display), and a 12.8-inch floating central control screen that has connected with Bluetooth, OTA updates, and voice interaction. Furthermore, it has 256-color ambient lighting, a panoramic sunroof, and an audio system with 12 speakers and an amplifier.
The BJ60 will offered in 5-seat and 7-seat configurations, both of which feature powered multi-directional seat adjustment, heating, ventilation, and massage functionality. Also, it has a 1.92-inch screen in between the air vents that can display the time and the weather in addition to serving as a vehicle start/stop button.
BAIC Beijing BJ60 Engine and Specifications:

While talking about specifications, you will see BJ60 gets a 2.0L turbo with a 48V hybrid powertrain for 196kW that produces 406Nm of torque and mated to the 8-speed manual gearbox. Additionally, the BJ60 will come with 9 driving modes with 2H, 4H, and 4L options like other off-road vehicles. The company claims that it can accelerate from 0-100km/h in just 6 seconds and has an 85L fuel tank and a 35L auxiliary tank for a claimed driving range of 1,000 km.
Price of BAIC Beijing BJ60:

The company has not yet revealed the official price for the upcoming BAIC Beijing BJ60. But it expected that it falls between 239,800 to 289,800 yuan which will equal Pakistani rupees PKR 75.39 lac-PKR 91.1 lac.
