Last night the protester shows anger and the Audi Pakistan showroom in Lahore was destructed and set on fire. The unrest political situation already affected the automotive industry and overall business. But this new war had made a huge fire in different parts of the country.
Meanwhile, the company’s employee drove off the expensive car. But there was a huge fire set at the showroom which caused massive loss for the company. There are several photos and videos viral on the internet regarding the fire at the Audi Lahore showroom.
On the other side, several roads are blocked in Lahore as well as in other countries. Earlier the City Traffic Police Lahore issued a statement on Twitter regarding the roads being blocked by protestors and Police.
Audi Pakistan Issued Statement
The company has issued a statement regarding the destruction of the Lahore showroom. They said, “We are deeply saddened to inform you that the last night’s unfortunate incident by riots in Lahore”. Furthermore, the showroom faced severe destruction during this fire, Audi Pakistan asserted.
“Due to the unrest and escalating violence in the area, we were unable to prevent the damage inflicted”. Moreover, we are thankful that during the incident no one was harmed.
They added “We are working on the overcome and setback of the showroom at its old position. We are working closely with law enforcement agencies to investigate the matter and apprehend those responsible for this vandalism.
This is a challenging period for the company and we try our best to find an alternative way for our customers to ensure uninterrupted service. The expensive car dealer importers expressed their gratitude to customers for their patience during this tough time.
