Sindh government change its vehicle number plate logo. Currently, Sindh vehicles recognized by the yellow color and now the Sindh government soon to introduces smart number plates with the Ajrak logo. Ajrak is a traditional shawl of Sindh and now the government has a plan to place a logo of Ajrak on the vehicle’s smart number plate.
As per the details, the Ajrak logo fitted on smart number plates with tech, people can easily scan the logo and get the information about the vehicle owner, vehicle model and all other information about the vehicle. Authorities just wait for the approval from Chief Minister of Sindh and the Provincial Cabinet. In the first cycle 0.6 million smart number plates with Ajrak logo made in which 0.3 million for motorbikes and 0.3 million for cars. The approval is pending from the Ministry and Province.
Smart number plates helpful to catch the thefts and recognize the original owner of the vehicle. Traffic police can scan the Ajrak logo and get the all right information about the vehicle.
