Overview
Despite the low sale and shortage of raw materials automakers never stopped the season of price hikes. After back-to-back car prices jump now motorbike companies taking their turn at price hikes. The recent Suzuki price hike for motorbikes makes the Suzuki GR150 cost over Rs. 5 lacs.
The fresh price jump in bikes by Suzuki has made us quite disappointed that a motorbike crosses the cost of Rs five lacs. As per the Suzuki notification, new prices will be in effect from April 7, 2023. This is the third time Suzuki increase prices in the first four months of this year.

Reason for These New Price Jumps
Pakistan’s automotive industry depends on imported raw material products to complete vehicle manufacturing in local assembly plants. The restrictions on imports and heavy customs are reasons for a price increase. As well as the devaluation of the rupee value against the dollar also make an effect on imported parts. Because imported tax pays according to US dollars.
