The year 2023 is going to be another slow year for the Company Audi. A couple of the facelifts and the arrival of the new Audi Q6 e-tron. The year 2024 and 2025 will be the bumper year for the four rings Audi. A whopping 15 to 18 launches are penciled into the tight twelve-month time period.

While most of the Rivals have put all their money into EVs. The company CEO Markus and his team will carry on introducing the new ICE models through the mid and late 2020s.

There is no end in sight until Europe announces the registration ban for new petrol and diesel-engine passenger cars effect in the year 2035.

Let’s take a review of the ICE ranks step by step to see how the lineup will be rearranged. (The EV lineup is a whole different story, we expect the Audi e-tron designation to be dropped altogether and for the names like E4 and the E6 to arrive at a point). The platforms used for the future ICE Audis are codenamed PPC.

The Gasoline car will remain to odd numbers to differentiate them from the even number EV models.

Audi A4 become Audi A5, A6 becomes A7:

The Company Audi will launch the A5 sedan car and Avant Wagon next year, which is used to carry the A4 moniker. Completing the trio is the new Audi A5 Sportback and also due in the year 2024 is the new Audi A7 as the sedan and Avant. Both of these vehicles are currently listed as Audi A6.

The A7 Sportback follows in the year 2025 along with the 2nd generation A5 coupe. All of the cars are good to go through the years 2031 and 2032.

SUVs and Performance Models:

Lifespans which similarly apply to the next Q3 earmarked for the year 2024, the last of its kind Audi Q5 in the year (2024) and the final Q7 scheduled to bow in the mid of 2025. Instead of the rumored Q7 Sportback, we might see Q9 worthy of the Horch Badge in China.

In addition to these mainstreams, PPC will spawn a full range of performance hybrid S and RS models. That provides up to 550 HP in the top-of-line A5s and over 700 HP in V-6 engine RS 7 performance.

This will again be available as Wagon, sedan, and Sportback.

Audi A3 sticks around:

Living on borrowed time are two of the marque’s ICE the TT and the R8. The automotive TT is due to be phased out later this year. But if the new regime in Wolfsburg is much more serious about the mold-breaking synergy effects. Audi may be able to sell re-bodied versions of the fully electric Porsche 718 replacement out next year.

The Audi A3, however, will soldier on until 2026 when its successor would adopt the advanced electric MEB+ platform. Or even more, sophisticated (SSP3) components set chaperoned by VW become available until 2028The Scalable Systems Platform raises the bar for electric vehicles in all key areas, including range, charging time, and energy density. The very next A3 should be badged E3.
