Participants in Jeep Rally
Ayesha, a 15-year-old girl, took first place in the women’s division. A 13-year-old kid also competed in the race and took home two prizes.
The race, arranged by the Youth Affairs of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP). The Frontier 4 Club, and the district government, drew at least 61 drivers from across the country, including women. Some drivers became stranded in the middle, while others arrived at their destination quickly.
The rally across the Indus River was well-attended by spectators of all ages. The event’s goal was to delight residents while also highlighting KP’s tourism potential.
A 17-kilometer rugged route was put out across the Indus River for the off-road SUV racers. Before driving away, the drivers had to halt their vehicles on the banks of the Indus and push them into the fast-moving water.
Chief Guest in Rally
The event’s chief guest was Swabi Deputy Commissioner Nasrullah Khan, who was joined by the Mardan DIG, Swabi DPO, and Lahore AC. They were extremely pleased with the event and encouraged the coordinators to continue the tradition in the future.
