Here is the latest update for you, The Japanese automaker, Toyota Motor Corporation unveiled its second electric car the bZ3 sedan that will compete with Tesla in the international market. The bZ3 EV is the second model in its bZ series of electric vehicles built on Toyota’s e-TNGA platform and uses a battery pack developed by BYD. The vehicle promises a range of up to 599km on a single charge that will take on the new Tesla Model 3.
Is Toyota bZ3 Larger Than Its Rival Tesla Model 3?
In terms of overall dimension, Toyota bZ3 is longer and larger than its main competitor Tesla Model 3. The body dimensions of the Toyota bZ3 includes 4,725 mm length, 1,835 mm width, and 1,475 mm height, while the dimension of the Tesla Model 3 is 4,694, 1,849, and 1,443 mm respectively. The wheelbase of the vehicle is 2,880 mm which is more than the Tesla Model 3 2,875 mm to ensure a comfortable room for the occupants.
Toyota bZ3 Design with Features:

Toyota bZ3 comes with split headlamps and an LED strip running the length of the bonnet. The interior of the car has designed with Toyota’s family lounge concept, a large touchscreen infotainment system, and a digital instrument cluster. It includes a steering wheel with a distinctive design and an infotainment touchscreen with a portrait orientation that is compatible with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The vehicle has also loaded with various comfort and safety features to make the ride more comfortable and safer on the road. The bZ3 offer a large living space with seats for five people with plenty of legroom.
Toyota bZ3 Specifications and Performance:

When it comes to the specification, the bZ3 EV comes with a BYD-sourced TZ200-XS002 electric motor with BYD’s Blade lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery pack. The powertrain offers two power outputs, a 241 hp horsepower with 180 kW battery and a 181 hp horsepower with 135 kW battery. The bZ3 claims a maximum driving range of 600 km on a complete single charge based on the China Light Duty Vehicle Test Cycle (CLTC).
