Here is the latest news about the offer of Changan Pakistan SUVs. After the tremendous success of the Alsvin sedan and Karvaan minivan launch, Changan Master recently has teased two crossover SUVs for the Pakistani automotive industry.
Changan’s Crossover SUVs:
Changan Oshan X5 and Changan CS35 Plus are the two models. Both vehicles have turbocharged engines with Blue Core technology. One of the two SUVs depicted in the teaser is CS35 Plus, which was just released in the Philippines. The Changan CS35 Plus offers great fuel efficiency ratings, which is an interesting fact about the SUV.
Changan CS35 Plus Fuel Economy Test:
In March 2022, Changan debuted the CS35 Plus SUV in the Philippines. the Automotive Association of the Philippines (AAP) last April 16, 2022, tested the new CS35 Plus fuel economy on the highway and in the city.
On the highway test route, the New CS35 Plus recorded 21.495 km/L. It covers a distance of 180.652 km at 60 to 80 km/h per speed. The odometer indicated 2,163 km at the start and 2,341 km at the end of the marathon.
The New CS35 Plus used 15.254 km/L in the city test route after covering a distance of 86.8 km at 60 to 80 km/h per speed. The odometer started reading 2374 km and end 2460 km.
CS35 Plus Engine Power:
Changan’s CS35 Plus has equipped with a 1.4L turbocharged petrol engine that produces 158hp and 260Nm of torque and is mated to a 7-speed wet DCT transmission. Without affecting the vehicle’s overall performance, the optimized internal combustion system cuts fuel consumption by 20% and carbon emissions by 40%.
This fuel efficiency test has raised CS35 Plus’s expectations to new heights with its new facelift. But the Oshan X5 is something new. Let’s see, whether the new crossover SUVs will be a worthy choice or not whenever that comes.
