Suzuki has reported that Suzuki Alto 9th generation to be revealed in December 2020 after spending the 6 years with the current generation company has to plan for the new generation. The upcoming generation of Alto will debut globally. The current generation of Alto had been launched in December 2014. However, it’s very late to launch the next-generation because almost spending 1 or 2-year new model automakers have introduced the next generation to develop the interest of consumers and make them engage with the company.

Suzuki Alto
The current generation of Suzuki Alto is paired with 660cc R60A 3-cylinder engine power that can produce 39 HP and 53 Nm of torque. Suzuki will be updating the upcoming generation with an advanced R60D 660cc engine with a 3-cylinder that can produce 48 HP and 69 Nm of torque. The company will enhance the design in the new generation along with advanced features. The company will approach the lightweight platform for the next-generation as the lightweight engine’s fuel-efficient. Although the transmission will remain the same in the new generation 5-speed manual or 5-speed semi-automatic.
The other exciting new has also surrounded that Suzuki has worked on a Sportier model that will be debut globally in October 2021. The company will give a larger bore and longer stroke to the Sportier version and offer a more powerful engine to enhance its performance.

Alto is the top line of the model in small cars. Its performance and smooth driving with the quality of fuel efficiency makes it more attractive and unique. There is no announcement by the PAK Suzuki about brin a new generation of Alto in Pakistan. Maybe after the global launch PAK Suzuki will also planning for next-generation in Pakistan however its confirm yet.
