The production of cars down by 5.32 percent in the first 11 months of the Financial Year of 2019. The report of the production of car and jeeps revealed as compared to the previous year same period.
In this report mention that the 203, 474 jeeps and cars manufactured in the first 11 months of this financial year July 2018 to May 2019 and in the previous there was 214, 904 units manufacture in July 2017 to May 2018.
According to the details, the Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs) production declined 16.9 percent during this period the production of LCVs is 22,777 and as compared to the last year the production of LCVs was 27, 178. on the other side the production of motorbikes down by 12.52 percent and it was down from 2,606,326 unites manufacture in the last year and 2,279,925 in this time period.
The production of trucks is also down from 8,544 to 5,773 it is 32.43 percent decline and the production of tractors decrease from 67,371 to 46,344 and it is 31.21 percent.
Only the production of buss growth in this period from 714 units to 892 units and its 16.11 percent.
The report shows that the production of vehicles in the country is going to down and its not a good sign for the economy of Pakistan. Automotive is one of the largest growing sectors of every economy and the loss of the auto sector create big economic problems in the country.
