Nissan has revealed a technology that is going to assist vehicles in inferring signals from the driver’s brain .This Brain-to-Vehicle technology will thus be redefining how people interact with their cars. Nissan’s B2V technology will guarantee to perk up the response times for drivers .And this will definitely direct to the cars that keep on making a more pleasant driving experience.

As most people think about autonomous driving, they have a very remote vision of the future, where humans give control to the machines. However this technology works by maing use of the signals from their own brain to construct the drive experience even more exciting and enjoyable,” as said by Nissan Executive Vice President Daniele Schillaci. “With the help of Nissan Intelligent Mobility, we are stirring people to an improved world by delivering more autonomy, more electrification and more connectivity.”

The technology predicts the actions by catching signs from the driver’s brain when it is about to initiate a movement – for instance turning the steering wheel or pushing the accelerator pedal – driver assist technologies can start the action more swiftly. This can perk up reaction times and boost manual driving. Also it can identify and evaluate driver distress after which artificial intelligence can alter the driving configuration or driving style when in autonomous mode.

Further possible uses take in altering the vehicle’s inner environment, as said by Dr. Lucian Gheorghe, who is leading the B2V research. For instance, the technology can use augmented reality to regulate what the driver sees and makes a more soothing environment.

Nissan will reveal this exclusive technology at the CES 2018 trade show in Las Vegas. In Nissan Intelligent Mobility, Brain-to-Vehicle is the newest development. It is the company’s latest ideology for transforming how cars are driven, powered and incorporated into society.
