But it’s time to take action and start protecting lives as more than 1000 Road Traffic Crashes occurs in Punjab’s 37 districts in the last 24 hours. As per the report in the last 24 hours, 7 tragic death and 1,146 injured due to the road accident. It is an alarming situation to enhance road safety and assure the proper first aid to provide immediately.
However, Punjab Traffic Police took serious measures to control road accidents. Several steps have been taken by the authorities including challan for over speed limit, wrong way driving, wrong parking, riding a bike without a helmet, and many other steps have been taken to control these road accidents.
How Is The Emergency Response For Road Accidents
As per the report, the efficient Rescue Medical Team provides immediate medical assistance to the victims. Around 586 individuals with severe injuries were rushed to the hospital and on site they provide instant medical assistance to almost 562 victims because they got lesser injuries.
Most road accidents injured are included motorbike riders. Motorbikes owners need high awareness regarding safety precautions.
Statics Of Road Accidents
The most contributed parts in road accidents identify through a closer look. According to the report, 31 underage drivers were included along with 481 drivers, 113 pedestrians, and 420 passengers included. Underage drivers and drivers with less knowledge of road safety are highlighted most.
If we see the ratio as per city Lahore road accidents ranked at the top of the list with 306 Road Traffic Crashes (RTCs) cases reported and 310 casualties. Multan had 81 RTCs and 79 cases of victims, meanwhile, Faisalabad ranked third with 71 victims and 76 RTCs.

Several important lives waste just due to the negligence of unaware riders.
